Our Chasing Clouds range is inspired by the elevation of the Orange region and remind us of our ongoing quest to reach higher standards in winemaking. The label iconography is inspired by the annual balloon festival in nearby Canowindra, the Hot Air Balloon Capital of Australia.
VARIETIES:
2018 Chasing Clouds Shiraz
Dark red colour with rich aromas of ripe plums and red berry fruits. The palate is generous with plush ripe fruit flavours combined with subtle cool-climate spice.
2019 Chasing Clouds Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red colour with purple edges and aromas of cassis. The palate is medium-bodied but nicely structured with black currants and plums combined with subtle mocha notes derived from oak aging.
